On December 12, Croatian fund for environmental protection and energy efficiency has published 9 public tenders for financing projects in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energy sources. City of Krizevci co-finance solar systems |

City of Krizevci has announced their tender for co-financing installation of solar systems. Each applicant from the territory of city of Krizevci that receives co-financing will receive maximum of 40% of the total investment of up to 12 thousand kuna. Tender closes on January 31, 2013. |

IPARD call, Axes 302 open till December 31, 2012 |

Due to the high interest for IPARD call, Axes 302 that finances investments into renewable energy sources, Paying Agency for Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development and Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development extended the call till the end of the year. This decision is based on undertaken analyses that indicate promising record high applications. REA North wishes you a lot of success in the application process. |

The promotion of picture book “Eco Adventure” in City of Virovitica |

Regional Energy Agency North visited primary schools in Virovitica on 5th June 2012 to promote the picture book “Eco Adventure”. The Agency has promoted and distributed this picture book to 4th grade pupils. This picture book is the result of cooperation between primary school “Djuro Ester” from Koprivnica, Branimir Dolenec the artist and the Agency. The picture book deal with renewable sources of energy and environmental protection which was very interesting to pupils as they have a lot of questions regarding with this theme for the representative of Agency. |

Representatives of ZREA has visit REA North |

From 21st to 23rd of this month, REA North hosted Zamgale Regional Energy Agency (ZREA) from Latvia. Apart from the fact that both Agencies involved with the energy, especially with RES and EE, link is the fact that both Agencies are co-financed through the Intelligent Energy Europe program (IEE). The guests visited the important energy and environmental projects such as "Sparna hiza" and biological water purifier in Koprivnica. Guests also visited the company Solvis where they received important information about the manufacturer of solar panels, and to discuss connecting to the opening of new markets within the EU. Representatives of ZREA have done two working meetings with representatives of REA North and members of the Board, where they discussed the current activities of both Agencies, and most of the plans for the upcoming period. |
